Pira reports predicts growth for printed signage market.

Things look good for the digital print sector in a new study carried out by graphic industry research organisation Pira International. The report quantifies the global printed signage market, broken down by volume and value, application, print process, substrate, region and country and includes quantitative five-year forecasts to 2013

Digital print will be the dominant process for printed signage in value terms by 2013, according to the research. In the same period, the report says that screenprinting will lose market share from 41% to 30%
