Hollanders Printing Systems will exhibit at Fespa Digital Amsterdam.
‘Show Your Colors’
At this year’s Fespa Digital exhibition in Amsterdam, HPS will invite visitors to “show their colors”. During the show, HPS will ask visitors to actually name the colors they want to reproduce on textile, as to send out samples after the exhibition to show how the HPS 8 color system handles spotcolor printing. The entire stand will have spotcolors on display in very different applications, from printed carpet to pillows, promotional satin dresses to backlit Matrix® frames, flags, banners and more; all printed with the ColorBooster, all fixated with the ColorFix.
With supporting slogans gear up to green, conform to quality and admit to profit, HPS will explain how they enable customers to work more environmentally friendly and produce higher quality prints at a lower cost. HPS sets out to advise on and raise awareness of textile application possibilities and to take away common misunderstanding about textile printing requirements, production speeds and return on investment models.
New products launched at Fespa
HPS will use Fespa Digital Amsterdam to launch 3 new products. The ColorBooster XL 320d-s6.2, ColorBooster MP 230a-v4.2 and ColorFix XL 320.
The latest edition of the disperse direct ColorBooster XL hosts an industrial SII print head configuration, with the flexibility to upgrade, exchange or extend the amount of heads, inks and print engine specifications. Included with the new ColorBooster 3.2mtr (126”) systems, are a built-in air-conditioning system for temperature and humidity control, a remote assistance module with built-in webcam and system log agent and the all new Power Purge™ system for quick and easy head cleaning.
A modified ColorBooster 230 now comes to market with an ancillary heavy duty media winding system that includes a carpet brush and vacuum cleaner. The ColorBooster MP series is offered with acid, sublimation and disperse direct inks. Penetration, sharpness and color gamut of the 8 color inkset are unsurpassed: it delivers far better quality than any dye-sub transfer system. The ColorBooster MP 230a-v4.2 is for traditional nylon/polyamide carpets, whereas the ColorBooster MP 230d-v8.1 is used for promotional polyester carpets.
With the all new 3.2mtr ColorFix XL middle wave infra-red fixation unit, HPS offers zero-contact fixation without deformation in wide format. Media temperature and tension is fully controlled. Heating up takes as little as 5 minutes and energy consumption is dramatically lower than with traditional heat press systems. There’s no waste of paper and as with all HPS systems, it enables unattended overnight production.
