Cartridge puzzle

I do have a question that has made me very puzzled for some time now, and it concerns mainly the digital printers or the users off
We have all talked about it,
Thought about it,
Had our ears bent about it ,
Some do it,
Many just pay lip service to it,
Others say “it does effect me and away what can I do”.
High percentages say it cost more.
