What are you interested in?: Staying in contact with industry developments, making new contacts, discussing key industry issues, being in the wide network!

My current role and company is: I am a Partner in PDS Consulting we have been trading for 18 years. Our area of expertise is in wide format screen and digital printing as well as industrial applications. We work throughout the world and have clients who are multi-nationals and SME's. Engineers by training we apply engineering principles to all aspect of print technology. In addition to our consultancy work we provide training in the various processes in our sphere. Currently we have e-learning programs available on the internet for screen printing and allied processes and are also producing a unique internet based learning package for wide format digital printing.

We are optimistic about our industry sector but also concerned about the lack of transparency in the wide format digital market. We understand that every company has to be profitable but there are too many examples of products being miss-sold that being one of the drivers for developing the e-learning so that a more knowledgeable market will make better decisions in purchasing and operating equipment and create a healthier market.
