Hi Chris,
We are still doing fine. It must be the Dutch who always are a little behind all that happens in the world. So in order to weapon ourselfs for the crisis, we even hired new people can you imagine. We discussed with our team that the last crisis that crushed us in 2002-2003-2004 is never to happen to us again. At that time we were blaiming the economy. Only now we learned we should blame ourself. So the whole team chose to fight the crisis. Yes, It is Obama-time!.

Although we are not sure wether we will be hit severely or lightly, all are fiercely motivated to fight. So the spirit is really good. Everybody is helping to get the best out of it. Now what is even more surprising or not (I do not believe in coincidence; read Joseph Jaworski's Synchronicity) it seems everything is going to succeed as I hoped. We are in the midst of a repositioning change and so much is going on. I love this game. It is not easy but it is all about peoples management and leadership. See you in Amsterdam.
